Frequently asked questions

Where do you deliver, and is delivery included?

Delivery within our standard Amsterdam service area is included in your subscription. For addresses outside Amsterdam, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any additional delivery charge.

We agree on delivery dates in advance. Exact delivery times depend on our schedule and may vary slightly.
Can I change my delivery date?

Please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. We’ll do our best to arrange another date, subject to availability.

Changes may be limited once flowers have been purchased or your bouquet is being prepared. All date changes must be confirmed by our studio.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription in your customer account.

If you still have deliveries remaining in a monthly package you’ve already paid for, please contact us to arrange them. Pausing future payments does not automatically reschedule these deliveries.
